Due to the highly personalized nature of digital agency services, dedicated account managers allocation, and custom software setups (such as Shopify storefront coding), all retainer fees and project launch payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Clients may request to pause or cancel monthly marketplace management retainers by providing a written 15-day notice prior to the next billing cycle. Work completed within the active month is billed fully.
For custom web designs or dedicated catalog uploads that have not yet been initialized by our development team, a refund request may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. A processing fee of 10% will be deducted.
